Basketball Recap: Stockton Picks Up Third Straight Win on the Road

After losing to Ash Grove the last time they met, Stockton decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Stockton Tigers strolled past the Ash Grove Pirates with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 47-28.

Stockton pushed their record up to 16-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Ash Grove, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Stockton will square off against Pleasant Hope at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Pleasant Hope knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with 55 points or more in their past four matchups -- so hopefully Stockton likes a good challenge. As for Ash Grove, they will challenge Skyline at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Skyline has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
