Volleyball Recap: Tarboro Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Tarboro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They fell 3-1 to Kinston. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Kinston this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Kinston's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but K'NIYAH WHITFIELD led the charge by getting 62 digs and four aces. Those 62 digs gave WHITFIELD a new career-high. TANIJA SUTTON was another key player, getting 47 digs.

Tarboro's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Kinston, the win snapped their losing streak at four matches and leaves them with a 2-15 record.

As of now, neither Tarboro nor Kinston have any future games scheduled.
