Volleyball Recap: Port Isabel Takes a Loss

Port Isabel was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Los Fresnos Falcons. If the Tarpons were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Falcons when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Port Isabel's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Los Fresnos, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-5.

Port Isabel didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Veterans Memorial on the 22nd. As for Los Fresnos, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Lopez on the 22nd.
