Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Danville). They strolled past the Van Buren County Warriors with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 77-61. This was a revenge game for the Bears: when they faced off against the Warriors back in December of 2024, they had to take a 74-64 loss.

Danville has also been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 8-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.3 points per game. As for Van Buren County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-11.
