Basketball Game Preview: Canby Cougars vs. Centennial Eagles

Canby is preparing for their first league matchup of the season on Monday. They will look to defend their home court against the Centennial Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Canby is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games.

It was a proper cat-fight when Canby duked it out with Tigard on Friday. The Cougars came out on top against the Tigers by a score of 52-39.

Meanwhile, Centennial earned a 44-33 victory over Roosevelt on Tuesday.

Canby's win bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Centennial, their victory bumped their record up to 3-5.

Canby beat Centennial 43-30 in their previous matchup back in December of 2018. Will the Cougars repeat their success, or do the Eagles have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
