Baseball Recap: Four Straight Road Wins for Bloomer

Bloomer won against McDonell Central on Tuesday with six runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Blackhawks won by a run and slipped past the Macks 6-5. The victory continues a trend for the Blackhawks in their matchups with the Macks: they've now won nine in a row.

Bloomer pushed their record up to 9-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for McDonell Central, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season.

Bloomer will head out on the road to face off against Unity at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Blackhawks are facing the Eagles at the right time seeing as the Eagles are stuck on a five-game losing streak.
