Basketball Recap: T.L. Hanna Takes a Loss

T.L. Hanna was the 66-44 winner over J.L. Mann when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The T.L. Hanna Yellow Jackets fell just short of the J.L. Mann Patriots by a score of 68-66 on Tuesday. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Friday (58), the Yellow Jackets still had to take the loss.

Kam'Ron Williams had a dynamite game for J.L. Mann, going 8 for 14 en route to 24 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Andrew Johnson, who posted 11 points and five boards.

T.L. Hanna's defeat dropped their record down to 12-10. As for J.L. Mann, their victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 8-13.

T.L. Hanna is taking a road trip to challenge Greenwood at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Greenwood is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 61.1 points per game this season. As for J.L. Mann, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Greenville at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Greenville will roll in looking for their 13th straight win, something J.L. Mann surely won't give up without a fight.
