Soccer Recap: McMinn County Gets the Win

McMinn County saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Roane County Yellowjackets, sneaking past 2-1. The Cherokees wouldn't have won without Michael Kraskouskas, who scored the game-winner.

McMinn County now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Roane County, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, McMinn County will challenge Collegedale Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McMinn County's last three matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Roane County will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Scott at 6:00 p.m. on March 18th.
