Troy came tearing into Saturday's matchup with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Loyalsock Township Lancers with a sharp 3-0 win. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-15, 25-9, 25-20.

Aryana Andrus paced Troy's offense, picking up 17 kills. Andrus got some help from Brenna Jackson and her 31 assists. Haidyn Watson controlled things from the service line, finishing with eight aces.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 16-2-1. As for Loyalsock Township, their defeat ended a five-match streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 6-2.

Troy has already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Sayre on the 7th. Loyalsock Township has also already played their next contest (against Lewisburg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
