Recap: Rahway Indians vs. Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders
After losing to the Scotch Plains-Fanwood Raiders the last time they met, the Rahway Indians decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Rahway slipped by Scotch Plains-Fanwood 45-44 on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Rahway.
Rahway can attribute much of their success to Dmitri Dulorie, who scored nine points. Dulorie is absolutely dominating the steal category: he's posted at least two every time he's taken the court this season.
Rahway now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Scotch Plains-Fanwood, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Rahway will be home for the holidays to greet Oratory Prep at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Oratory Prep presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Rahway in New Jersey (Oratory Prep is ranked ninth, while Rahway is ranked 80th). As for Scotch Plains-Fanwood, they will head out on the road to face off against Abraham Clark at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
