Scarborough has gone 8-2 against Massabesic recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Red Storm will challenge the Mustangs at 4:00 p.m. Scarborough hasn't scored more than two runs for three games straight, a trend the squad is eager to reverse.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Scarborough and Biddeford, and Biddeford kept the tradition alive. The Red Storm came up short against the Tigers on Monday, falling 8-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Red Storm have suffered since May 2nd.

Windham hit Massabesic with a nine-run fifth inning on Saturday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Mustangs lost 18-1 to the Eagles. The defeat continues a trend for the Mustangs in their meetings with the Eagles: they've now lost four in a row.

Massabesic now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Scarborough, their loss dropped their record down to 3-9.

Scarborough beat Massabesic 10-6 in their previous matchup back in May of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Red Storm since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
