Aurora is a perfect 6-0 against Lakeview since April of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Huskies will head out on the road to challenge the Vikings at 5:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Aurora fell victim to Northwest and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Vikings. Aurora have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Lakeview also failed to score in their most recent game. They lost 10-0 to Schuyler on Tuesday.

Aurora's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Lakeview, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Aurora was able to grind out a solid victory over Lakeview when the teams last played back in March of 2024, winning 4-2. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
