Crater came out on top against Churchill on Saturday thanks in part to the team's impressive six-run third inning. The Comets took their game against the Lancers 12-9. The win continues a trend for the Comets in their matchups with the Lancers: they've now won six in a row.

Crater's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-5. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Churchill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-10.
