Sandia Prep has gone 9-1 against Cottonwood Classical Prep recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sundevils will look to defend their home court against the Coyotes at 6:00 p.m. Both teams are coming into the matchup red-hot, with Sandia Prep sitting on six straight victories and Cottonwood Classical Prep on eight.

On Thursday, Sandia Prep made easy work of Cuba and carried off a 3-0 win.

While Sandia Prep won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-23, 25-7.

Meanwhile, Cottonwood Classical Prep got the win against Bosque last Friday by a conclusive 3-0.

Cottonwood Classical Prep got the W, but it wasn't easy, at least in the second set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 30-28, 25-17.

Sandia Prep's victory bumped their record up to 12-3. As for Cottonwood Classical Prep, their win bumped their record up to 13-4.

Sandia Prep came out on top in a nail-biter against Cottonwood Classical Prep in their previous meeting back in November of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Sundevils have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Coyotes turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
