Volleyball Recap: Homeschool Resource Center's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak on the Road

HomeSchool Resource Center lost against Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Patriots took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family.

HomeSchool Resource Center may have fallen short, but they were sure consistent: they scored 13 points in every single set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-13, 25-13.

Despite the loss, HomeSchool Resource Center saw an underclassman step up: freshman Katelyn Schneider had 11 digs.

HomeSchool Resource Center's defeat ended a four-match streak of away wins and brought them to 15-6-2. As for Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

HomeSchool Resource Center has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Northlands R on the 27th. As for Chesterton Academy of the Holy Family, they will challenge Islamic Foundation at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
