Mehlville not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since April 29th (when they won 3-0). They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Christian Brothers Cadets. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 3-1 win the Cadets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

While Mehlville won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the third set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-19, 25-20, 25-22.

Mehlville found their leader in freshman Grant Drikow, who had 17 assists and five digs.

Mehlville moved to 21-14 with that victory, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for Christian Brothers, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 8-15-1.

Mehlville didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Parkway Central on the 7th. As for Christian Brothers, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-2 win against Vianney on the 6th.
