Basketball Recap: Hoboken Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hoboken can now relate to. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 53-52 to the Madison Dodgers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Redwings have been going strong on the season, but this is now their second defeat in a row.

Hoboken's loss dropped their record down to 17-9. As for Madison, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 23-4.

Hoboken does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Madison, they will face off against Manasquan on Sunday. Manasquan will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Madison surely won't give up without a fight.
