Volleyball Recap: Evangel Christian Academy Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Evangel Christian Academy had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Front Range Christian Falcons. The Eagles have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

While Evangel Christian Academy won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 25-19, 25-19.

Evangel Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore Bailey Roberts, who had seven digs and four aces.

Evangel Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for Front Range Christian, they now have a losing record of 2-3.

Coming up, Evangel Christian Academy will host Calhan at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Front Range Christian, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Lyons on the 2nd.
