Softball Recap: Sheridan Comes Up Short

Sheridan and Campbell County squared off in some playoff action on Saturday, but Sheridan had to settle for second. They lost 16-4 to the Camels. Unfortunately, that's the fifth time they've come up short against the Camels this season, with their most recent defeat being a 11-1 loss back in April.

Sheridan has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-6-1 record this season. As for Campbell County, the victory (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 28-4.

As of now, neither Sheridan nor the Camels have any future games scheduled.
