Miami put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Follett Panthers 78-33. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Warriors' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Panthers are ranked 134th).

Miami's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Chance White led the charge by rushing for 178 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 9.9 yards per carry. The Warriors also got a significant boost from Noah Homfeld, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 132 yards.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Miami was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 607 rushing yards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now rushed for at least 174 rushing yards in six consecutive contests.

Miami's record is now 8-0. As for Follett, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Looking ahead, Miami will welcome Lefors at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
