Softball Recap: Bishop Alemany Takes a Loss

Bishop Alemany was the 11-3 winner over Righetti when they last played one another back in April of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. Bishop Alemany took a 6-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of Righetti on Thursday. Bishop Alemany has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Bishop Alemany's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Righetti, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-5 record this season.

Bishop Alemany wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, an 8-5 victory against Sutter on the 25th. As for Righetti, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against San Marcos on the 25th.
