It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Idalou had no problem doing just that on Friday. Everything went their way against the Tulia Hornets as they made off with a 12-4 win. The result was nothing new for the Wildcats, who have now won 15 matches by six runs or more so far this season.

The victory was the tenth in a row for Idalou, bringing their record up to 21-5-1. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.9 runs over those games. As for Tulia, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 14-11-1.

Idalou will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Hornets: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
