            The New Glarus Glarner Knights will square off against the Darlington Redbirds at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (New Glarus has three straight  victories, Darlington has four straight  defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
On Tuesday, New Glarus got the win against Beloit Memorial  by a conclusive  8-2.
 Cooper Olson looked comfortable as he  tossed one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits.
 At the plate, New Glarus got a  massive  performance out of  Ethan Colstad, who  went 2-for-3 with three  stolen bases, two  runs,  and one  RBI. Another player making a difference was  Nolan Julseth, who  went 1-for-3 with two  stolen bases, two  RBI,  and one  run.
 Meanwhile, Darlington didn't have quite enough to beat Fennimore on Tuesday and fell  12-11.
 New Glarus pushed their record up to 12-7 with the  win, which was their third straight  at home. Those  home  victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.0 runs on average over those games. As for Darlington, their loss dropped their record down to 3-15.
