For the second straight game, Hernando will face off against Oxford. The Tigers are taking a road trip to challenge the Chargers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hernando is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.

Hernando will head out to face Oxford after giving up their first home loss of the season on Tuesday. The Tigers fell just short of the Chargers by a score of 4-3. Tigers fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team's lost against the Chargers since on Tuesday.

Preston Johnson spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered three earned (and one unearned) runs on ten hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one walk in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, Cade Kozcka made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Axton Westmoreland, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Oxford's win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 9-11. As for Hernando, their defeat dropped their record down to 13-8-1.
