After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Green Canyon, Sky View was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Bear River Bears. The win continues a trend for the Bobcats in their matchups with the Bears: they've now won nine in a row.

Sky View was especially dominant in the fourth set. The match finished with set scores of 27-25, 20-25, 25-22, 25-12.

Brynn Spackman had a dynamite game, getting 12 digs and five aces. What's more, she posted four assists, the most she's had over her last nine matches.

Kailyn Rice and Emry Evans certainly did their best on Thursday to avoid the loss. Rice had 25 digs, while Evans had 21 kills, 13 digs, and two blocks. Evans is crushing it when it comes to kills: she's had at least five every time she's taken the court this season.

Sky View's victory bumped their record up to 15-12. As for Bear River, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 9-14 record this season.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Sky View beat Bear River by a score of 3-1 on Thursday.
