Softball Recap: Oswego East Wolves vs. Plainfield North Tigers
Oswego East barely beat Plainfield North the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wolves blew past the Tigers 12-5 on Wednesday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-9 back in April.
Sophia Anderson looked comfortable as she tossed two innings while giving up no earned runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Danielle Stone and Allie Gatz did most of the damage at the plate: Stone went 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs, while Gatz went 3-for-4 with one home run, two RBI, and one double.
