Volleyball Recap: Rivercrest Takes a Loss

If Rivercrest was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Chapel Hill on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Rebels fell 2-0 to the Bonham Warriors on Thursday.

While Rivercrest had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-20.

Rivercrest's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bonham, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Rivercrest didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 defeat against New Boston on the 14th. As for Bonham, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Boles on the 14th.
