Volleyball Recap: McBain Victorious

McBain proved they can win big on Tuesday (they won by three) and on Thursday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Manistee Mariners, sneaking past 2-1. That's more bragging rights for the Ramblers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

McBain has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-9 record this season. As for Manistee, their defeat was their fifth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 5-7.

Looking ahead, McBain will square off against Northern Michigan Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Manistee, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against St. Mary on the 25th.
