Volleyball Recap: Standish-Sterling Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Standish-Sterling came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Hemlock Huskies, falling 3-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Panthers have suffered since September 17th.

With the defeat, Standish-Sterling broke their three-match winning streak and moved their record to 10-8-6. As for Hemlock, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-7-1.

Looking ahead, Standish-Sterling is taking a road trip to take on Ogemaw Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Hemlock, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Michigan Lutheran Seminary at 6:30 p.m.
