Basketball Recap: Kalkaska Takes a Loss

Kalkaska was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 39-17 to the Cheboygan Chiefs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Chiefs this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 36-20 on February 3rd.

Kalkaska's loss dropped their record down to 4-15. As for Cheboygan, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-10.

Looking ahead, Kalkaska will square off against Lake City at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Cheboygan, they will challenge Kingsley at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
