Soccer Recap: Aurora Comes Up Short

Aurora lost against Cassville back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Houn Dawgs fell just short of the Wildcats by a score of 1-0. Aurora have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Aurora's loss dropped their record down to 5-9-1. As for Cassville, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 6-8-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aurora will venture away from home to take on Greenwood at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Greenwood will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Aurora surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cassville, they will face off against Fair Grove at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
