Everything went their way against the Fulton Pirates on Wednesday as they made off with a 22-7 victory. The win continues a trend for the Comets in their matchups with the Pirates: they've now won eight in a row.
Klaira Sysak was a standout: she got on base in all five of her plate appearances with four runs and two RBI. Those four runs gave her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Elley Johnson, who went 2-for-4 with three runs, two RBI, and one double.
