A Season-Best Performance from Cody Adame Leads Gregory-Portland over Ray

Gregory-Portland was led to victory by Cody Adame, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Thursday. Adame rushed for 237 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per carry, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.

On the year, Adame has run in 11 touchdowns while averaging 136.2 rushing yards per game. He's made a big improvement compared to last season: at this point last year, he had six rushing touchdowns.

The performance once again pushed his average receiving yardage north of 100 yards per game (101.2). Miller is undefeated when Vela posts two or more receiving touchdowns, but 1-2 otherwise.

This year, Vela has caught 7 touchdowns while averaging 101.2 receiving yards per game.
