Moody couldn't capitalize on their home-field advantage in their season opener. They lost 31-7 to the Gainesville Red Elephants on Thursday.

Moody lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Bravis Cave Jr, who rushed for 106 yards on only 13 carries.
