Baseball Recap: Middleton Takes a Loss

Middleton lost against Strawberry Crest back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Middleton came up short against Strawberry Crest, falling 17-2. The Tigers just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Middleton saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Darrion Marchman, who went 1-for-2 with one double.

Middleton's defeat dropped their record down to 2-14. As for Strawberry Crest, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 15-4.

Looking ahead, Middleton will venture away from home to take on Brandon at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Middleton is facing Brandon at the right time seeing as Brandon is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Strawberry Crest, they will look to defend their home field on Saturday against Lennard at 10:00 a.m.
