Basketball Recap: Sparkman Comes Up Short

Sparkman was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They fell 57-49 to the James Clemens Jets. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Senators this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 70-57 back in November.

Sparkman's defeat dropped their record down to 4-12. As for James Clemens, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Sparkman and McAdory will compete for holiday cheer at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. James Clemens will take on Columbia in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
