Pearce kept a clean sheet against MacArthur on Friday. They put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 8-0 win. Pearce might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five matches by four goals or more this season.

The victory (which was Pearce's third in a row) raised their record to 8-3-2. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 15 goals over those three contests. As for MacArthur, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 6-5.

Coming up, Pearce will challenge Nimitz at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for MacArthur, they will venture away from home to challenge Irving at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Irving's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
