St. Louis University faced Vianney in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Tuesday. The Junior Bills were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Golden Griffins. The win was just business as usual for the Junior Bills, who after ten games remain undefeated this season.

St. Louis University walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-21, 25-20.

Anthony Ben? paced St. Louis University's offense, picking up nine kills. Ben? got some help from Tanner Zippay and his 24 assists. Luke Schall controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

St. Louis University's win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. As for Vianney, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Louis University will take on Christian Brothers at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Junior Bills are facing the Cadets at the right time seeing as the Cadets are stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Vianney, they will be playing at home against Chaminade at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Golden Griffins will also cruise into their next contest with the timing on their side: the Red Devils will have lost four straight heading into Thursday's game.
