Grand Valley had won three straight games and Daniel Gronewoller did his part to make it four on Friday. The Grand Valley Cardinals came out on top in a nail-biter against the North Fork Miners, sneaking past 45-42 which was due in part to Gronewoller, who dropped a double-double with 18 points and 13 boards. What's more, he also posted a 78% field goal percentage, which is the highest he's achieved since back in February of 2024.

Grand Valley has already played their next match, a 64-41 win against Rangely on the 22nd. As for North Fork, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 59-55 victory against Meeker on the 22nd.
