Recap: Hannah-Pamplico Raiders vs. Aynor Blue Jackets
The Hannah-Pamplico Raiders won the last time they faced the Aynor Blue Jackets, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Hannah-Pamplico secured a 31-26 W over Aynor. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Hannah-Pamplico.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hannah-Pamplico to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mason Hanna, who scored 9 points along with 13 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Shamar Eaddy, who scored 6 points along with 3 steals.
Aynor's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Robinson Mendez, who scored 8 points along with 11 rebounds and 4 steals. Mendez scored a full 30.8% of Aynor's points, the second time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Tanyika, who scored 6 points along with 11 rebounds.
The victory got Hannah-Pamplico back to even at 2-2. As for Aynor, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Hannah-Pamplico will square off against Lake City at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Aynor's road trip will continue as they head out to face Latta at 7:30 p.m. on November 30th.
