Chattooga had already won eight in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.9 points) and they went ahead and made it nine on Tuesday. They put the hurt on the Coosa Eagles with a sharp 66-44 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 79-56 back in December of 2024.

Coosa lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Timbaland Mitchell, who posted seven points. Another player making a difference was Jaylen Worfford, who put up 11 points.

Chattooga's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-3. As for Coosa, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.

Chattooga wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, an 80-34 defeat against Christian Heritage on the 24th. As for Coosa, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 67-45 loss against Fannin County on the 24th.
