Volleyball Game Preview: Jersey Panthers vs. Civic Memorial Eagles + How To Watch

Jersey is 1-9 against Civic Memorial since April of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Panthers are taking a road trip to challenge the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

On Thursday, Jersey didn't have quite enough to beat Triad and fell 2-1.

Jersey started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last two. The final score came out to 23-25, 25-22, 25-20.

Jersey's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Hailey Feldman, who had nine digs and one assist, and Mylie Ramirez, who had nine digs.

Meanwhile, Civic Memorial came up short against Mascoutah on Thursday and fell 2-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 25-13.

Jersey's defeat dropped their record down to 12-8. As for Civic Memorial, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5-2.

Jersey couldn't quite get it done against Civic Memorial when the teams last played back in October of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Panthers avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
