Softball Recap: Waco Comes Up Short

Waco lost to Shoemaker back in April of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Lions lost 19-7 to the Wolves. The Lions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Waco now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Shoemaker, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Coming up, Waco will take on Bosqueville in a tournament on the 21st. As for Shoemaker, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-2 win against Holland on the 12th.
