Volleyball Game Preview: Cumberland Dukes vs. Nottoway Cougars + How To Watch

Cumberland hasn't had much luck against Nottoway recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. After both having extra time off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 7:00 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.

On Tuesday, Cumberland came up short against Buckingham and fell 3-1.

Meanwhile, Nottoway lost 3-0 to Amelia County on Wednesday. The loss continues a trend for the Cougars in their meetings with the Raiders: they've now lost seven in a row.

Cumberland's defeat dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Nottoway, their loss dropped their record down to 6-8.

Cumberland might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Nottoway in their previous meeting back in September. Can the Dukes avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
