Volleyball Recap: Campion Academy Comes Up Short

Campion Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the Mile High Academy Mustangs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Cougars of the 3-1 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-14, 25-14.

Campion Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Mile High Academy, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season.

Campion Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Dawson School at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Mile High Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Two Roads Charter School at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
