Volleyball Game Preview: Spring Hill Raiders vs. Loretto Mustangs + How To Watch

Spring Hill hasn't had much luck against Loretto recently, but that could start to change on Monday. The Raiders will welcome the Mustangs at 6:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Spring Hill came up short against Forrest and fell 3-1.

Spring Hill started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 23-25, 25-20, 25-17, 25-21.

If Collinwood wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Loretto, they should've done a better job of containing Ella Potts. The Mustangs came out on top against the Trojans by a score of 3-1 on Thursday with plenty of help from Potts, who had four aces and three digs. With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 12 assists per game.

Loretto had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-18, 26-24, 25-17.

Loretto's victory bumped their record up to 14-23. As for Spring Hill, their loss dropped their record down to 15-11.
