Burncoat's game last Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. Everything went their way against the Abby Kelley Foster Bears as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Patriots as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Burncoat walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-16, 25-20.

Burncoat's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Abby Kelley Foster, they are on a 13-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Burncoat will head out to challenge Worcester Tech at 4:45 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Abby Kelley Foster, they will venture away from home to take on South Lancaster Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
