Volleyball Recap: Somerset Academy Takes a Loss

If Somerset Academy was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Flanagan last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the Cooper City Cowboys on Wednesday. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Cowboys from their previous meeting back in August of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-8, 25-19, 25-16.

Somerset Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Cooper City, the win got them back to even at 8-8.

Somerset Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Deerfield Beach on the 25th. As for Cooper City, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Cypress Bay on the 25th.
