Even though the Gilbert Indians scored an imposing 61 points on Thursday, the Northside Christian Academy Crusaders still came out on top. Northside Christian Academy snuck past Gilbert with a 67-61 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Northside Christian Academy.

Northside Christian Academy had a senior duo take command as Dane Sundell scored 20 points along with six rebounds and Sullie Crider dropped a double-double on 18 points and 18 rebounds. The contest was Crider's 11th in a row with at least ten points. Luke Bohnsack was another key contributor, scoring six points along with 11 rebounds.

Northside Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Gilbert, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.
