Westfield had won 11 straight games and Carson Swanson did his part to make it 12 on Thursday. The Westfield Wolverines blew past the Clymer Central Pirates 67-34 thanks in part to Swanson, who went 13 of 24 en route to 34 points along with eight assists and six rebounds. The matchup was his 35th in a row with at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Zach Maguire, who dropped a double-double on 15 points and 17 boards. He is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last 11 games he's played.

Despite the defeat, Clymer Central had strong showings from Roman Wassink, who almost dropped a double-double on 11 points and nine boards, and Elijah Mitchell, who posted six points and seven rebounds.

Westfield pushed their record up to 12-1 with the win, which was their 16th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Clymer Central, their loss dropped their record down to 5-6.

Westfield has already played their next contest, a 50-42 victory against Allegany-Limestone on the 19th. As for Clymer Central, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 41-22 win against Ellicottville on the 20th.
